12/23 2018年最後の練習会に参加した皆さん、お疲れ様でした。
今回は、計11名の参加となりました。
今回つよぽんは欠席で、代わりにミユさんからのレポートです。

クリスマスにも関わらず10人以上集まってもらい嬉しいです！
寝技もキックも同じくらいの人数で、どちらも良い練習が出来ました！
寝技もキックも未経験から始めて皆んな上達してきています！
年内最後の練習でしたが、前の代表から引き継いで大変なことも沢山ありましたが、こうして沢山の人に来て頂けるようになり感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです(o^^o)
あとは、キックも寝技も興味があって同時並行した方が良いのか？という質問がありました

キック/寝技同時並行可能です。
そこが当サークルのウリでもあります(*^^*)

年始は６日 日曜日からとなります。
年末年始の正月太りを、この機会に燃焼させましょう٩(๑´0`๑)۶

練習会に参加できる方は、事前にLINEかメールなどで参加表明をお願いします。

神戸格闘技サークルでは、引き続き新メンバー、出稽古メンバーを随時募集しています。 
もちろん初心者や学生さん、女性、外国人の方も歓迎です。見学も勿論OKです。 

コベ格は「社会人・学生サークル」です。
サークルですので、常設道場に比べて敷居が低いです。 
ですので、軽い気持ちで参加してもらって全然OKです。親切丁寧にお教えします（＾∀＾）

怪我防止のため、練習前の準備運動だけは、念入りかつ真剣にお願いします。
また、怪我保障のためにスポーツ保険(来年3月末まで2000円)に入っていただくことをお薦めします。

道具をお持ちの方は必ず持参してください。
もしくは出来るだけ早めの購入をお願いします。
マウスピース/ニーパット/レガース/金的サポータは必須です。
上記道具が無いと怪我につながりますのでご用意願います。

会場、とても寒いのでラッシュガード等、防寒対策もお願いします。

▼参加費
月ごと1か月2000円の銀行引き落としによる月会費制となります。
ただし初回参加の場合は入会料1000円が必要となります。
スポット参加（出稽古・体験を含む）は1回1000円となります。
体験の方で本会員からのご紹介でしたら参加費500円となります。

We are looking for new members and guest members at any time. More than junior high school students to 39-year-old are eligible due to situation, please join if you are interested!
Beginners, students, women, and foreigners are also welcome.

KFN borrows a gymnasium, there are few common practice tools in relation to the place of storage, and the participants for the first time also used them also, I'd like to have prepared their own martial arts goods (gloves, leg guards, and so on) if possible.
Since these are consumable, you do not need to buy expensive things. you please just use if you have what you have now.

▼Membership fee
If you want to be a non-member, you have to pay 1,000 yen each time.
If you want to become a member of this sports club, please bring 2,000 yen, bank stamp and passbook.
And we give you the direct debit paper.
Please fill in the required information on the paper and stamp it there.
Next month, you should bring us 2,000 yen once more.
From month after next, the bank draws 2,000 yen from your bank account every month.
