格闘技というもの、どうしてもケガがつきものですが、万が一ケガをした場合少しでも自己の負担を減らすべく、当神戸格闘技サークルでは、スポーツ安全協会が行っている、平成28年度（2016年）のスポーツ安全保険の申し込みを開始します

スポーツ安全保険の加入に賛同される方は、練習時にコンビニ振込み手数料135円などを含めた2000円を練習時にご持参ください。特に試合に出る人、練習の際にスパーリングを行う人は、必ず加入するようにしてください

もちろん他の保険会社等が行っている同様の保険に、個人的に加入していただいても構いません。 

【留意事項】

・この保険は試合を含む神戸格闘技サークルの活動、活動への往復中でケガ等された場合、また練習中に備品を壊した場合が対象になります。ただし自動車の事故は各自が加入している自動車保険での対応となります。

・他の団体での出稽古で受けたケガは対象になりません。また他団体で加入しているスポーツ安全保険は当会の練習で受けたケガには適用されません。

・1日でも入院、通院した場合は補償があります。

・むちうち症、椎間板ヘルニア、腰痛、疲労骨折、靴擦れなど急激・偶然・外来の要件を満たさないものについては保険金は支払われません。

【傷害補償金額】

死亡…最高2000万円 

後遺障害…最高3000万円 

入院…日額最高4000円（手術を行った際には加算あり） 

通院…日額最高1500円（支払い限度日数は30日） 

賠償責任填補（相手への補償）…対人1人最高1億円、対人・対物合計で1事故最高5億円（ただし自家用車で往復中に起きた事故は対象外） 

突然死の際の見舞金…葬祭費用として最高180万円

【Points of concern】

#In this case, the personal injury action of Kobe Fighting Network(KFN) including matches, round-trip of the activities, and breaking the equipment during activities will be subject to this insurance. However automobile accident correspondence becomes in the automobile insurance that each has subscribed.

#Injuries received in a guest to other organizations do not become a target. And the Sports Safety insurance who subscribe in other organizations does not apply to injuries received at the practice of KFN.

#There is a compensation if you were hospitalized, outpatient in one day.

#Such as whiplash, herniated disc, lower back pain, fatigue fracture, shoe sore, insurance will not be paid.

【Injury compensation amounts】

$In the case of death, 20 million yen highest

$In the case of disability, 30 million yen highest

$In the case of hospitalization, 4000 yen highest daily amount (there are additional amount after the surgery)

$In the case of outpatient, 1,500 yen highest daily amount (Payment limit dates are 30 days)

$Compensation is one hundred million yen highest interpersonal, and 500 million yen per one accident the highest in anti-person objective total (it is not applicable for accident that occurred back and forth in a private car.)

$Ex gratia payment at the time of sudden death, up to 1.8 million yen as funeral expenses.
