こべかく代表幹事のきゃぷてんです

2月8日日曜日の練習会にはこべかく本体13名と出稽古3名の計16名の参加と見学が1名でした。たくさんのご参加ありがとうございました

今回は新人さんが3名、レスリングをやっている高校生男子と、先週見学に来てくれていたアフリカのルワンダ共和国からの留学生の男女2名でした

みなさんまたこべかくの練習会に遊びに来てください

こべかくも国際色豊かになってきました

練習内容は、従来通り打撃チームと寝技チームの2つに分け、打撃チームは初心者組はパンチとキックの基本を、それ以外は2人1組でミット打ちをしてから、ガードの練習とライトスパーリングをしました

一方寝技チームは、初心者のためにチキンウィングアームロックなどの基本的な技練と、スパーリングを回しました。今回は寝技チームは新人さんがムードメーカーになって盛り上がってようです

次回の練習会は2月15日日曜日19:00（午後7時）から、王子スポーツセンター体育館2階柔道場にて開催します。練習会に参加できるという方は事前にメールやLINEなどで、できれば参加表明をお願いします。もちろん都合がついての急な参加や、ドタキャンもOKですので、ご協力お願いします

また3月8日にこべかくの懇親会を行う予定です。詳細が決まれば連絡します

I'm "Captain", a chairman of Kobe Fighting Network (KFN).

The KFN's practice meeting on Sunday, February 8th, 16 people participated (13 KFN members and 3 guests) and 1 person as a visitor. Thank you for your participation of a lot of people.

3 newcomer came to our practice, one was a senior high school boy who is experienced in wrestling, and the other were 2 students from Republic of Rwanda who came to KFN's practice last week as visitors. Please come to practice meeting of KFN again.

KFN has been made to international flavor!

It was the practice in the system of two teams, kickboxing team and grappling team this time. 

About kickboxing team, beginners were practicing the basics of punch and kick and the other did mitt training and confirmation of the guard, and light sparring. And about grappling team, after they made basic practice of skills for beginners for example Chicken Arm Lock and did sparring. This time grappling team seems to raise because the rookie becomes the mood maker.

Please note that our next practice will be held on Sunday, February 15th from 19:00(7:00 pm) at the Judo hall on the second floor of the gym of Oji Sports Center. Those interested in participating, please let us know about your participation in advance by LINE, e-mail and so on. This practice is open to all, and last-minute cancellation is OK.

And we schedule to perform a drinking party of KFN in March 8th. Once the details are decided, shortly I will contact.

今回の練習会、神戸では昼間暖かかったので、夜の道場内はそれほど寒くはなかったのですが、倉敷や山陰では極寒・吹雪のなかでの練習会になったときいています
