8月11日の練習会ですが、こべかく本体5名と出稽古1名の計6名の参加と見学者が2名でした。 暑い中参加されたみなさんはお疲れさまでした やはりお盆休みのせいか、参加人数は少なかったですね なお新人さんはいらっしゃいませんでした。
練習内容は、寝技チームは人数が集まらなかったのでなしで今回は打撃チームのみ。今回は前進しながらのミット打ちと3種類の膝蹴りを練習し、その後全員でスパーリングをやりました。
それにしても、交流戦まであと3週間なんですが、大丈夫なんでしょうか～
9月1日の交流戦（グラップリング）＆スパーリング大会（キックボクシング＆グローブ空手ルール）も参加者の募集がはじまっていますが、このイベントは私たちこべかくが主催ですので、できるだけ参加するようにしてください。初心者も歓迎です。交流戦等についてくわしくは前回の記事まで。

次回の練習会は、8月18日日曜日19：00（午後7時）から、神戸市立王子スポーツセンター体育館2階柔道場にて開催です 参加費は300円、学生と女性は100円です 練習会に参加できるという方は事前にブログのコメント欄かメールなどで、できるだけ参加表明をしてください
先週と同様、盆休みの期間ということで、帰省で関西に帰って来る方も多いと思いますが、都合がよければぜひ出稽古に来てください

PS 最近暑いためか、参加人数が減っております。この調子だと会場使用料の関係で練習場所を、従来通り半面だけになりかねない状況です。都合もいろいろおありとは思いますが、可能な限りできるだけ練習会にご参加ください

Practice meeting of KFN(Kobe Fighting Network) in August 11th, 6 people participated.(5 KFN members and 1 guest) and 2 person were as a visitors.  Everyone who participated in hot and humid it was cheers for good work! Perhaps because of the Obon holiday, the number of participants was still small. No new member came to today's practice.
We are looking for a participant of the event, "Exchange Match(grappling) and Sparring Meeting(kick boxing and glove karate)" to be held on the 1st September. Becaouse this event is organized by us(KFN), please be sure to participate as much as possible. Beginners are also welcome. To the previous article for details.

The next meeting is at 7：00 pm Sunday, August 18th, and will be held at Kobe City Oji Sports Center Judo Hall. Participation fee is 300 yen, and female and students is 100 yen. Who plan to attend the next exercise, please RSVP to the comment field of this blog or e-mail to executive office of KFN, if possible. Although I said last week, we think this time in the period of Bon, those who come back to Kansai homecoming also a lot, please come to our circle all means if convenient. Thank you.

PS　For a hot and humid recently, the number of participants will have decreased. The way things are going, venue use fee will not be recovered, it is a situation that could be only half of judo hall as usual practice location. I think that there are various reasons, please join us in meeting practice as much as possible.
